Golden Turmeric Dal with Spinach & Garlic Tarka

Seven Sisters’ Spices will also be hosting a Pop Up Canteen on 28th March in the Lewes House of Friendship, which will have a Golden Turmeric Dal with Spinach & Garlic Tarka on the menu amongst other Indian dishes – this will be made with a combination of yellow split peas and red lentils, fresh turmeric and the parka will be finished with garam masala & lemon.
